Course three: Choose one entree per person -Beef tenderloin medallions with garlic Parmesan prawns, grilled asparagus, baked potato. -Shrimp and brie stuffed filet of sole, topped with lemon dill hollandaise, with grilled asparagus and baked potato -Seared Mahi-Mahi with balsamic reduction and strawberry relish, grilled asparagus and baked potato -Spinach artichoke stuffed chicken breast with sun dried tomato cream sauce, grilled asparagus and baked potato -Wild mushroom risotto with grilled asparagus, zucchini, spinach, topped with tomato and Parmesan cheese, white wine cream sauce
